1. Who may join

Registration is open to Stelsen employees and to partner developers, subcontractors, general contractors and consultants invited by the organizer.

2. Registration and slots

A slot is confirmed once you receive your Player ID by email. Slots per sport are limited. If you answer "I can't join", your slot is released back to the pool for other players.

3. Conduct

Players are expected to follow the rules of each sport, the instructions of the marshals and referees, and to treat other players with respect. The organizer may remove any player from an event for unsafe or unsportsmanlike conduct.

4. Health and safety

You join at your own risk and confirm that you are physically fit to play the sports you registered for. Please keep your emergency contact up to date.

5. Schedules and brackets

Schedules, venues and matchups may change. The organizer will announce any change by email and on your dashboard.

6. Photos and video

Photos and video taken during the event may be used in internal company materials. Tell the organizer if you would rather not appear in them.

7. Changes to these terms

The organizer may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
