What we collect

When you register we store your full name, email address, mobile number, company, category, shirt size, emergency contact, any notes you add, the sports you picked, and your password in hashed form.

Why we collect it

To create your Player ID, to send you your confirmation and event announcements, to build the schedules and brackets, and to reach you or your emergency contact during the event.

Who can see it

Only the event organizers. Other players see your name and company on the brackets and schedules for the sports you joined. We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside the company.

How long we keep it

For the duration of the event and the record-keeping period the organizer needs afterwards.

Your choices

You can view your details any time on your profile page and change your password in settings. To correct or delete your details, email the organizer.
